Stretch
Stretching should be an important part of a good daily life and fitness routine. Many people don’t stretch regularly because they don’t know how.
Poor mobility can lead to a range of issues, including an increased risk of injury, water retention, poor blood circulation and inflammation, all of which can reduce overall physical performance and well-being.

Strength
As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, which can lead to fatigue and a higher risk of injury. While many people prioritise cardio, strength training is just as important.
Strength machines are often used improperly, relying on momentum or engaging the wrong muscles, which not only reduces results but also increases the risk of injury. We can guide you to use the equipment properly so that every movement counts.

As Head of Stretch & Training at our gym, Yufu Yamataka unites his diverse athletic background in artistic gymnastics, handball, and soccer with his expertise as a stretch trainer, supported by a proven track record of achieving the highest nationwide repeat rate at a leading stretch brand.
Drawing on his experience as an athlete, he delivers precise, functional training combined with professional stretch guidance - helping clients build sustainable habits that enable them to perform at their best every day.
